Last Revised: October 27, 2026Official Educational Portal Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (“User”, “you”) and Eliteris (“we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Eliteris platform (accessible at https://nexus-forum-communication.vercel.app and associated subdomains).

By accessing our website, creating an account, authenticating via Google Sign-In, purchasing books, or enrolling in academic programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the platform.

2. Eligibility & Google Authentication

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use our platform. By signing in, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

To provide a seamless and secure experience, Eliteris utilizes Google Sign-In for reader authentication. When signing in:

  • You agree to provide true, current, and complete information as authenticated through your Google account.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Google account credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach involving your account.
  • Eliteris cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your authentication credentials.

3. Digital Content & Academic License

Eliteris offers digital academic books, peer-reviewed monographs, preview excerpts, and educational materials. Upon payment of any applicable fees:

  • Scope of License: Eliteris grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access, view, and read the purchased digital publication via the Eliteris web reader interface for personal, scholarly, and educational purposes.
  • Restrictions: You may not modify, distribute, reproduce, sublicense, publicly broadcast, sell, or create derivative works from any publication or digital excerpt without prior written permission from Eliteris or the respective authors.
  • Security & DRM: Any attempt to circumvent technical protection mechanisms, scrape raw manuscript documents, or mass-download digital assets is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account termination and legal remedies.

4. Purchases, Pricing & Taxes

All prices for digital books, course modules, and institutional memberships are quoted in the displayed currency (e.g. INR / USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed via authorized, third-party PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay or Stripe). By initiating a transaction, you authorize our payment processor to charge the total amount of your purchase.
  • Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable local taxes, GST, or VAT associated with your purchase based on your billing address.
  • Instant License Binding: Upon successful transaction verification, digital access rights are immediately bound to your authenticated Google user account.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the immediate digital delivery and non-tangible nature of academic electronic books:

  • Digital Books: Because customers have free access to preview chapters prior to purchase, purchases of digital books are generally non-refundable once digital access has been granted, except in cases of verified duplicate billing or technical failure preventing access.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally billed multiple times for the same title, please email contact@eliteris.com with your transaction IDs. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
  • Course & Membership Programs: Refund requests for memberships or workshop registrations will be evaluated according to the specific cancellation terms published at the time of enrollment.

6. Acceptable Use & User Conduct

When using Eliteris, you agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
